Court Judgment After 4 Week Trial: Verdict for Client (Cross-Complainant) for $1,007,508.77:
Judgment included $250,000 in punitive damages for fraudulent conversion of corporate assets and violation of minority shareholder rights.  Prior settlements had included the recovery of control and ownership of the corporation to innocent shareholders and a six figure recovery from other cross-defendants.
